Even though it has all been said, I feel compelled to add to all the glowing remarks that your previous customers have stated. I ordered a Targus Platinum 17" Laptop case only on Friday afternoon, and it was shipped from Toronto to arrive by noon on Monday at my door....amazing service. I am not talking about Purolator (which I expect to be great)...I am talking about ONHOP getting this order into the system so quickly!!! But....I have to add that I have been to Best Buy, Future Shop and all the other places around Ottawa, searching for a perfect case that will fit my 17 inch laptop and for two months now, have come up empty. One thing I did discover was a knowledge of the prices. The case I purchased from ONHOP.ca for $64CDN was $85US or higher on many US online sites. I will look to ONHOP for future electronic/computer accessory purchases from now on.....if you haven't tried them yet, you WON'T be disappointed.....fair or lower prices, 100%+ service and shipping....so refreshing to see now-a-days. Great service from the Onhop. Ordered my Kodak camera Z915 and a bluetooth dongle yesterday (Feb.25,2010) and received them the next day. I usually read reviews of products and companies before ordering. I'm very impressed with Onhop. Reviews were positive. I'm a newbie with online purchasing and this was my first purchase. I have fears with this method. I'm a picky person. I want to see, hold, and feel a product first before I buy it. I also get recommendations from friends. I first saw this product on a retailer store and told myself to search for the best price on the net. Onhop posted the cheapest. Called customer service representative at once and inquired about stock availability. They said its available and I would be getting them next day. Again, GREAT service Onhop. I will surely purchase from you again in the future - now that my apprehensions of buying online are gone. Thanks.

I just want to say I totally trust this company to deliver! I ordered a firewire adapter which I needed to get my home studio up and running. The first company I contacted had the item but wanted to add another $40.00 for shipping,handling and insurance on a ten dollar item. I don't think so! The second company cut that price in half so I ordered and waited..and waited and the order wasn't even processed in five days so I canceled. Well satisfied of my new Acer Revo 3610. Great product for connecting to my Samsung 460 flat screen. Not too fast for processing tough applications but with XBMC give excellent resuls. My first choice, was another site that had what I was looking for, at a good price. There was one left in stock. I paid by bank transfer on a Wed. morning and when I heard nothing more, emailed and called for four days, before I discovered that another payment had been processed before mine, and that person had been shipped the computer. Five days and they didn't bother to tell me! I cancelled that order and went to a second online company. This one will price match, so I sent them onhop's prices, and they did indeed match them, even though it was a substantial difference on the computer. But....even though it says "in stock" on their website, the computer was not. When I didn't receive a shipping notice I called and asked why. They explained that the computer was in stock...at their suppliers in Toronto. It would have to ship out to B.C., and then ship all the way across the country to me. So it would be 4-8 days for the first trip, and another 4-8 to get to me. That kind of sleight of hand is just not acceptable, particularly when I needed the computer for work, and had already wasted a week on the first company. And lest I forget, my credit card had been charged on the Tue. night but I wasn't going to see the computer for as much as two weeks. So I called and cancelled. So I went where I should have in the first place. I ordered the new computer and monitor from onhop.ca at 1:30pm, and had a shipping notice before supper on a Friday. It arrived Tuesday morning. And so did the monitor ordered from company #2, even though I had cancelled it. Moral of the story: Others will match their prices, but they can't match onhop.ca's customer service.
